First of all I own this along with his other book Instant Self-Hypnosis: How to Hypnotize Yourself with Your Eyes Open both are nearly the exact same. In the introduction "benifits of self-hypnosis can be achieved without the use of altered states". I am looking for these altered states thats why I bought the book this book is a rip off
